The Fine Print

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fieldora ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Fieldora is a template-based product demo video creator currently in pre-launch.

2. Description of Service

Fieldora lets you create product demo videos by combining your own screenshots and descriptions with ready-made templates. You provide the content; we provide the tooling. We do not generate content on your behalf.

3. Accounts

Waitlist signups do not create an account. When full access becomes available, you may be asked to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create videos that infringe third-party rights, are unlawful, or misrepresent your product. You retain rights to the content you upload; you grant Fieldora a limited license to process that content to provide the Service.

5. No Refunds

During pre-launch, access is free. If paid plans are introduced at launch, refunds follow the terms presented at the time of purchase.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will meet expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fieldora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes to the Service will be posted here, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
